1. Custom Engineering Sprints
Milestone payments for custom development are protected. In the unlikely event that sprint criteria cannot be met, unworked milestone funds will be refunded within 7 business days.
2. Digital Software Downloads & Courses
Because software downloads (APKs, EXEs) provide immediate access, refunds are evaluated on technical grounds within 7 days if the software does not function according to documented specifications.
